Refund policy
Interchanging an article or an order.
Articles you bought via Tutu Dors can be exchanged and/or taken in return when given a legitimate reason and only if the goods are sent back within 14 workdays after the delivery. After the expiry of the 14 day deadline for return, the purchase agreement is definitive. Exchanges will no longer be accepted after this deadline expires.
Depending on your wishes we can exchange the item or the equivalent amount in euros will be credited by us in the form of a voucher issued by Tutu Dors. This voucher is valid indefinitely and you can use it on all articles on Tutu Dors.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they arrive back in our warehouse.

Returns are accepted only if they meet the following conditions:
* The consignment should be appropriately postaged and should contain a label with your return
address.
* The items must be sent back in the original packaging. The packaging should be complete and
intact.
*Articles must be undamaged and show no signs of being used. All articles will be thoroughly
inspected when we receive them.
Used and/or damaged goods:
A return package that is not postaged enough will not be taken in reception by us. This consignment
will be immediately returned to the sender. Any shipping costs shall be borne by the sender.
Articles used and/or damaged, or the packaging of which is damaged or missing are also not
accepted and will directly be returned to the sender. Any shipping costs shall be borne by the
sender.
If your order is delivered damaged, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. This should be
reported to the customer service, at the latest within 48 hours after delivery.
Cost of a return shipment are entirely borne by the sender. These are not reimbursed by Tutu Dors.
